面糊:
50g高筋粉
50g低筋粉
50g玉米淀粉
230ml啤酒
盐5g

1,鱼切成手指条,盐胡椒调味
2,土豆切条
3,将面糊中的材料搅拌均匀
4,鱼裹面粉,沾上调好面糊
5,油温热至7成,下鱼块炸到表面金黄捞出
6,将薯条炸到两面金黄
7,炸好的鱼块,再裹一次面糊,复炸至金黄
8,捞出控油,撒上盐,胡椒,欧芹碎
9,装盘,配上塔塔酱
