微波孢子甘蓝

用料

• 孢子甘蓝 5个
• 西红柿 1个
• 香肠 1-2根
• 盐 适量
• 胡椒 半勺
• 香草（就是herbs，不是做冰激凌用的vanilla） 半勺

微波孢子甘蓝的做法步骤

步骤 1

孢子甘蓝划十字花，西红柿切碎

步骤 2

孢子甘蓝放在碗中，加少量水，用盘子盖上，放入微波炉，微波8分钟

步骤 3

拿出孢子甘蓝加入胡椒粉，盐，番茄，香草

步骤 4

倒250毫升水，混合均匀

步骤 5

放回微波炉，加热10分钟左右

步骤 6

拿出来，吃！
