• # high speed 3 mins
• egg 2
• brown sugar 105 g
• salt pinch
• # chocolate mixture
• butter 90 g
• dark chocolate 180 g -
• unsweetened chocolate 4.23 oz
• sugar 8.46 tsp
• # dry
• pastry flour 85 g -
• all purpose flour 74 g
• corn starch 11 g
• cocoa powder 15 g
• baking soda 2 g < 1/2 tsp
• baking powder 2 g ~ 1/2 tsp

melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 1 min

步骤 2

beat up egg, brown sugar, and salt in high speed for 3 mins

步骤 3

pour in melted chocolate butter mixture SLOWLY at low speed, till smooth and shiny

步骤 4

mix in dry ingredients

步骤 5

let it pan for 2 mins to thicken up

步骤 6

portion out on the baking tray

步骤 7

bake at 356F for 10 mins - 4/12/2025: use half size (24 cookies in total), bake at 355F for 13 mins (still a little soft)
