Sauce Prep Step 4: 酱汁准备4: - soy sauce 酱油 : 3 tsp - oyster sauce 蚝油:1 tsp - vinegar 香醋 : 1 tsp - sesame oil 香油: half tsp - sugar 糖:1/4 tsp - Measure these ingredients,add to the mixture in the bowl of hot oil/garlic/scallion 往热油葱蒜里依次按比例加入这些调料,拌匀

Noodle Prep Step 1: 面条准备步骤 1: - Heat 800ml water to boil 烧开800毫升水 - Cook 1 bunch of thin noodle at high heat for 2-3min 细面一把放入,大约大火煮2至3分钟 - Pour the noodle with water into a big soup bowl 煮好的面条连同水一同倒入一只大汤碗里
