准备好所需材料。
将黄油、鸡蛋、糖、香草精、盐混合,用打蛋器搅拌均匀; Mix the butter with the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and the salt (with a mixer)
将低筋粉、淀粉、泡打粉混合,加入1中湿性混合物中,并加入淡奶油; Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder and mix with the wet ingredients. Add the cream.
将2中的混合物揉成光滑面团,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟(时间久一点儿也可以); Knead the dough until you get it smooth. Put it into the fridge for 30 mins at least.
将烤箱175°预热(根据自家烤箱脾气进行调整); Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
将冷藏后的面团取出,擀成厚为3-4 mm的片状,用喜欢的模具做出饼干形状; Stretch the dough (3-4 mm) and cut the biscuits.
将烤盘上铺好烘焙用纸,将5中的饼干逐一放入,注意预留合适空隙; Put them onto a baking paper - covered baking pan.
将烤盘放入预热好的烤箱,烘烤12-15分钟; Bake them for 12-15 mins.
晾凉,准备享用吧……
🪧这次用料很足,面团可以考虑分两次烤。 🪧面团还是偏软的,建议冷藏充分一些,以便塑形。
