⭐️chiffon cake⭐️ -Separate 3 size 6 eggs -Mix yolk with oil, add water then mix properly with gf flour. -Whip the egg white with sugar in a stand mixer till it has soft pointy peak. -Fold whipped egg white into yolk mix -Sprinkle coconut on top before bake Fan bake 170c for 8-10mins, 150c for 15-30mins. Check with a skewer.
⭐️coconut custard⭐️ -Cream, water and sugar in a saucepan, heat up till bubbling. -Mix yolk and corn starch. -Pour cream on yolk, whisk constantly. -Pour back to saucepan, heat up and stir until thicken. Refrigerate
⭐️Serve⭐️ Room temperature cake with cold custard
