Put everything in food processor
Divide dough in half, and pat each into a square. If the dough feels dry, moisten hands with cold water. Wrap and chill for 45mins
Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Cut into small shapes with a pizza cutter. Poke holes through the centre of each piece with a fork. Sprinkle with sea salt.
