用料

• Crust:
• Gluten-free oats 96g
• Almonds 96g
• Sea salt 1/8tsp
• Coconut sugar 2tbsp
• Coconut oil (melted) 2tbsp + 1tbsp
• Filling:
• Lemon 1pc
• Silk tofu 300g
• Coconut sugar 2tbsp
• Arrowroot 1tbsp
• Vanilla extract 2tsp
• Matcha powder 1tbsp

Vegan Matcha Cheese Cake的做法步骤

步骤 1

Pre-heat the oven to 180c Blend all the crust ingredients

步骤 2

Sprinkle some coconut oil on a round tray

步骤 3

Press the crust ingredients into the tray

步骤 4

Put the tray into the oven for 25-30 minutes

步骤 5

While the crust is heating up in the oven, mix all the filling ingredients

步骤 6

Take out the crust from the oven (it should be crispy by now). Pour in the filling mixture and tab the tray on the table to let the air out

步骤 7

Put the tray back to the oven for another 25-30 minutes

步骤 8

Take out the cheese cake and cool it down for 30 minutes

步骤 9

Put the cake to the fridge for at least 3 hours

步骤 10

Cut and enjoy;)
