步骤 1

先说一下具体流程: 1. 若有用到新鲜水果,将除奇亚籽外其他材料放入榨汁机里搅匀,再加奇亚籽手动搅匀。 2. 若没有新鲜水果,直接将所有材料用勺子充分搅拌均匀,搅拌至少一分钟 (避免奇亚籽结块) 3. 放入冰箱至少6小时,最多放3天。 4. 取出,再搅拌均匀,若太干可加液体稀释。最后加topping装饰一下即可。
