Middle : 1/4 cup butter 2 cup icing sugar 2 tablespoon custard 2 tablespoon hot water Mix wall and spread onto bottom layer.
Topping : Melt 2 squares semi sweet chocolate 1 tablespoon butter Can do the metal bowl over hot water Let cool a bit then top the bars in the pan Put in fridge overnight Keep bars refrigerated Can be frozen
*When you add the melted chocolate topping you should make sure that the custard has been in the fridge for a while.
