镜面草莓慕斯蛋糕(Mirror Glazed Strawberry Cake)的做法步骤

加入蛋糕模具(9寸)中用杯底压平,然后放入冰箱冷冻,冷冻期间我们来做草莓慕斯

吉利丁粉加入水中搅拌均匀好后放入微波炉内微1分钟直到吉利丁粉完全溶解,然后加入草莓汁中搅拌均匀
步骤 6
奶油,马斯卡彭,糖粉和盐在大盆中用搅拌器打发至浓稠后倒入草莓吉利丁液
步骤 7
搅拌好后把冷冻的模具取出,慕斯糊倒入抹平,冷藏2小时左右
