bowl 2: stir softened cream cheese, then mix cream cheese and powder sugar by hand fold in half of the whipped cream in this bowl, then pour everything back to the rest of the whipped cream (bowl 1) and mix well
add in almorado or whatever flavor accent you prefer, and soy milk powder or skim milk powder - could also add vanilla extract here by taste. This recipe has a lot of powder sugar and was sweet enough, so I skipped the vanilla extract
