步骤 1

1汤匙葛根粉和6汤匙水,在一个小锅中,低火一边加热一边搅拌直到形成厚厚的布丁/糊状质地; 1盒嫩豆腐,滤干水份 2茶匙第戎芥末酱(法式黄芥末) 4汤匙葡萄籽油/橄榄油 1汤匙苹果醋 1/2茶匙姜黄粉 3/4茶匙海盐

1. 将葛根粉和水一起制作成糊状,并自然晾凉; 2. 在一个搅拌机中搅拌所有食材直到完全融合形成顺滑的酱汁质地; 3. 制作好的纯素黄芥末美乃滋酱可以放入干净的玻璃容器中在冰箱冷藏存放3-5天。

Magical Mushroom Pâté 1 cup almonds ¼ cup black sesame seeds 1 cup portobello mushrooms ½ cup crimini mushrooms 2 tablespoons nama shoyu 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon sage 1 teaspoon thyme ¼ teaspoon sea salt Scant ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1. Soak the almonds in water for at least 12 hours, rinsing every 6 hours or so. Soak the black sesame seeds in water for 1 hour. Drain and rinse both. 2. Process the almonds and sesame seeds in a food processor or blender until well-broken-down. Add the remaining ingredients and purée until smooth. 3. Serve in a large bowl or store in a lidded glass container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
