1. 准备好以上材料。把10g吉利丁片放入冷水/冰水中泡软备用; Soak 10g gelatine tablets in cold/iced water until soft. Set aside.

2. 把75g奥利奥放入一个食品袋,用擀面杖碾碎,越碎越好,倒入蛋糕模具; Put 75g of oreos into a food bag, crush with a rolling pin, the finer the better, and pour into the cake mold.

3. 加热35g黄油到液体状态,趁热倒入奥利奥碎,混合均匀,铺在蛋糕模具底部; Heat 35g butter to a liquid state and pour it into the oreo crumbs while hot. Mix well and place on the bottom of the cake mold.

4. 用擀面杖/勺子将其加固铺平,放入冰箱冷冻/冷藏; Reinforce with a rolling pin/a spoon. Put the bake mold with oreo base in the refrigerator/freezer to chill.

5. 将奶油奶酪加热到稍稍融化的状态,用电动打蛋器将其打成泥糊状; Heat the cream cheese to a slightly melted state, use an electric whisk to whip it.

6. 加入100g酸奶,40g糖继续搅打至均匀; Add 100g yoghurt and 40g sugar and continue whipping until smooth.

7. 把泡软的吉利丁片捞出,挤掉多余水分,隔水加热至液体,趁热倒入酸奶糊中,搅拌均匀; Take out the softened gelatine, squeeze out the excess water, and heat the gelatine through water until liquid.

8. 把200g奶油用电动打蛋器打到表面有不消失划痕,注意不需要打发奶油; Whip 200g of cream with electric whisk until the surface has non-vanishing scratches.

9. 将奶油分三次倒入酸奶糊,每次都要搅拌均匀(我还是用的电动打蛋器),这就是酸奶慕斯液; Pour the cream into the yogurt mixture three times, stirring well each time (I used electric whisk). This is the yogurt mousse.

10. 将铺好奥利奥碎底座的蛋糕模具从冰箱里取出,草莓洗净切蒂,铺在奥利奥底上(注意这步要快,因为刚刚混合好的慕斯液很容易凝固); Take out the cake mold with the crumbled oreo base from the refrigerator. Wash and cut the strawberries, put them on the oreo base.  Finish this step as quickly as possible, cause the mousse we made is easily solidified.

11. 倒入刚刚做好的酸奶慕斯液,放在桌面上轻轻摇晃几次,目的是为了把气泡摇出并得到一个平整的表面(图中的慕斯液已经有点凝固了); pour the freshly made yogurt mousse into the mold. Place it on the table and shake it gently a few times to get the bubbles out and a flat surface. The mousse showed in the picture is already somewhat solidified.

12. 用樱花奥利奥装饰一下(我装饰得有点难看),把做好的糊状慕斯蛋糕放入冷藏,至少冷藏4小时; Decorate the mousse cake with cherry blossom Oero. Refrigerate the mousse cake for at least 4 hours.

13. 脱模:拿出来时可以用热毛巾围在蛋糕模具周围,或者用电吹风热风吹蛋糕模具四周,用一个杯子顶在蛋糕模具下面,把模具慢慢往下掰,就可以的得到一个光滑平整的慕斯蛋糕了。 Demoulding: you may put a hot towel around the cake mold or blow around it with a hair dryer. Place a cup under the cake mold and slowly push the mold down to obtain a smooth mousse cake.
