• Melon 120g
• Brandy / Cognac 50ml
• Simple Syrup 10ml

Melon Brandy 蜜瓜白兰地的做法步骤

Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth. Drain with fine colander to remove all pomace. Add ice and remaining juice into a cocktail shaker, shake well. No need to shake for too long. Serve in chilled coupe glass.
