• Dry ingredients
• Whole wheat flour 165g
• Baking powder 3/4tsp
• Salt 0.6g
• Wet ingredients
• Yoghurt 120g
• Milk 70g
• Banana 1.5pcs
• Egg 2pcs
• Coconut oil 5g
• Matcha coating
• Coconut oil 15g
• Milk 35g
• Cake flour 30g
• Matcha powder 1.5g
• Others
• Blueberries 66g

Matcha blueberry pound cake的做法步骤

步骤 1

Get ready for the dry ingredients and mix

步骤 2

Blend all wet ingredients and pour into the above

步骤 3

Prepare for the matcha coating

步骤 4

Pour the cake mixture into the baking tray with blueberries. Apply the matcha coating on the top. Decorate it as you wish with nuts etc

步骤 5

Preheat the oven. 180C, 40mins until golden brown😋

步骤 6

Cut till it’s fully cooled down, enjoy❤️
