用APP打开 

60克黄油室温软化(Soften 60 grams of butter at room temperature)

150克面粉与软化好的黄油、10克糖混合(Mix 150g flour with softened butter and 10g sugar)

用手将其揉搓成粒状(Rub it into grains with your hands.)

加入45克清水揉成面团(Add 45 grams of water and knead to make a dough)

将面团用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷藏室50min左右(Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 50 minutes)

将两个苹果去皮并切成小块状(Peel two apples and cut them into small pieces)

锅中10克黄油,小火加热(Heat 10 grams of butter in a skillet over low heat)

加入苹果翻炒几分钟后,加入30克糖继续翻炒(Add the apples and stir for a few minutes. Add 30 grams of sugar and continue to stir)

10克淀粉+20克清水加入翻炒的苹果块中(Add 10 grams of starch and 20 grams of water to the apple cubes)

将细条编好在派盘上,并刷上蛋液,蜂蜜(根据个人爱好可加蜂蜜,可不加)[Weave the strips onto a pie plate and brush with egg mixture and honey (honey is optional if desired).]

烤箱预热200度,放入苹果派170度烤25分钟(Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake apple pie at 170 degrees for 25 minutes)
