起初,我仅仅为了作业而学习如何制作苹果派。如今我体会到了学习美食的乐趣,在此记录我学到的第一个美食:Apple Pie。(At first, I learned how to make apple pie just for homework. Now That I know the joys of learning about food, here's the first thing I learned: Apple Pie.)

用料

Apple Pie的做法步骤

纯奶手撕吐司的做法 步骤1

60克黄油室温软化(Soften 60 grams of butter at room temperature)

150克面粉与软化好的黄油、10克糖混合(Mix 150g flour with softened butter and 10g sugar)

将面团用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷藏室50min左右(Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 50 minutes)

将两个苹果去皮并切成小块状(Peel two apples and cut them into small pieces)

锅中10克黄油,小火加热(Heat 10 grams of butter in a skillet over low heat)

烤箱预热200度,放入苹果派170度烤25分钟(Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake apple pie at 170 degrees for 25 minutes)

Apple Pie的小贴士

在准备面团时,将黄油、糖、水提前准备称好; 在制作苹果馅时,将糖、淀粉液、盐、肉桂粉、柠檬水提前备好; 细条一定均匀切好以方便编织苹果派。 (When preparing the dough, prepare the butter, sugar and water in advance; To make the apple filling, prepare sugar, starch solution, salt, cinnamon and lemonade in advance; The strips must be cut evenly to make the pie easier to weave.)
