Cut tofu in thick piece, press for a while to get rid of water. dry the water before use.
bake garlic slices in oil til brown, take garlic out and bake tofu in pan until turn yellow in both sides.
Take tofu out and dry the pan. cook butter and pressed garlic, then cooking wine and soy sauce, cook a little then put the tofu back in.
bake and baste tofu.
pour some sauce over the rice, then put the tofu on top. Top off with the garlic slices and green onion. pour the rest of the sauce on top.
