Dissolve the yeast in warm water.(also you can check your yeast activity,the yeast will bubble if it is living) i just want to share my lucky double-yolk egg,jajajaja.(the truth is that I didn't take pictures during I made it)
Stir all gry ingredients until smooth.Then pour the yeast water and egg into the bowl.Stir them until smooth.Add the softened butter. Shape the dough as you like . Leave the dough in a warm and moist place for 50 mins(lengthen the time if you are in winter). Put it into the middle of the oven over 185 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then turn off the oven,cover with tin foil(to prevent the top from burning as it will swell up amazingly ). Put it into the oven again,and bake at the same temperature for another 10 mins.
Nutrition facts i cut my toast into 10 pieces,about 2g carbohydrates per piece. Excellent! Bien!
