于是这款菜成了我和闺蜜两家菜单中的保留节目。

步骤 1
1、准备食材。青椒,香葱和小米辣切成小段,蒜瓣拍开切碎。

3、将黄瓜洗净,刨成长的薄片,加3克盐抓匀。之后将黄瓜片卷成小卷摆好围盘。

3、取3勺生抽,半勺醋,半勺蚝油,4克糖,再加入40毫升水调匀备用。

4、烧一锅水,先将毛豆放入,大火烧开水后,加入肥牛片,待肥牛片完全变色,将毛豆和肥牛片捞出。

7、6勺油烧冒烟,先将干花椒炸香,再加入䕨椒,炒1一2分钟,加葱花、姜片,青椒,小米辣,蒜蓉翻炒一下,再加入调好的汁,

8、将倒入锅中的汁烧开浇在肥牛片上,吃的时候拌匀。非常可口,加入家庭保留菜单中。
