Uyghur chicken stir fry的做法步骤

步骤 1

Heat up oil with sugar till it’s brown; add in chicken and sauté for 5 mins.

步骤 2

Add chili oil, anise, pepper corns, dried chili peppers, sauté for 1 min.

步骤 3

Add scallion/ onion, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper powder.

步骤 4

Add beer to loosen the texture of chicken. Add salt, sugar, and broth/ water till it merely covers all the ingredients. Add in potatoes and soy sauce. Stay on high heat till it bubbles, then turn to medium heat to simmer.

步骤 5

Turn to high heat and add in bell pepper and hatch pepper for a short time till it’s not raw any more. Add in scallion/onion and minced garlic. Add in a splash of vinegar.
