用料

• Cabbage(thinly shredded)卷心菜切细丝 1/2 head
• Dressing 沙拉酱
• Mayonnaise 蛋黄酱 1 cup
• Lemon juice 柠檬汁 1 tbsp
• Ketchup 番茄酱 1 tbsp
• Honey 蜂蜜 1 tbsp

Cabbage Salad 卷心菜沙拉的做法步骤

步骤 1

Thnly shred the cabbage, rinse it in cold water, strain and refrigerate. 卷心菜切细丝，在冷水下冲，滤水后放冰箱冷藏。

步骤 2

Mix all the ingredients of the dressing together. Drizzle the dressing over the cold cabbage and serve the salad with the pork cutlet.将沙拉酱的全部材料混合后放入裱花袋放冰箱冷藏，食用前拿出卷心菜丝装盘后将沙拉酱淋在卷心菜上，洒芝麻装饰。
