腌制鸡肉:为了省事,可以一次性的把所有的调味料都用来腌制鸡肉,也可以用韩国辣酱,盐胡椒辣椒粉来腌制鸡肉。腌制时间10-30分钟不限。
准备配菜:家里只有红椒了。也可以加入玉米粒,青豆和小颗粒水分少的蔬菜。
炒香调味:倒蔬菜油,炒香洋葱,姜和蒜。
鸡肉炒熟:当蔬菜的水分被大量挥发后,倒入腌制好的鸡肉,炒熟。

烤箱温度大概设置在425F或者200C,讲奶酪表面烤制金黄
