Parmesan cheese cookies

用料

• room temperature butter 100g
• cake flour 150g
• Parmesan cheese 50g
• sugar 1tbsp
• beaten egg if u like
• Parmesan cheese if u like

Parmesan cheese cookies的做法步骤

步骤 1

Add butter and sugar mix well

步骤 2

Add Parmesan cheese

步骤 3

Sift in cake flour mix well with a spatula

步骤 4

Roll out the dough between two pieces of plastic wrap to 5mm think ,refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes to set and chill

步骤 5

Oven to 180C (350F) about 15minutes (if u like u can add egg on top and cheese )
