用料

• Flour 1 cup
• Sugar 1/4 cup
• Baking power 1 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Butter 2 Tbsp
• Egg 1 egg
• Vanilla 1 tsp
• Milk 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp + 1.5 tsp
• Powered sugar - icing 1 cup
• Vanilla - icing 1 tsp
• Milk/cream - icing 1 tbs

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients. Mix together

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Spray some oil into the mold. Fill 3/4 full into to the mold.

Bake for 12 mins. Test with toothpick until no running materials

Decorate with icing
