- 200g yogurt
- 2 tbsp protein
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- tbsp yogurt
- tbsp maple syrup
- for the chocolate ganache: tbsp cocoa mixed with tbsp hot water & tbsp maple syrup

I mixed together the yogurt with the protein, then separately mixed the tbsp yogurt with the peanut butter & syrup to create the creamy peanut layer. I then drizzled over the chocolate ganache and left it in the fridge for at least 2 hrs to set.
