• 生核桃 200克
• 白砂糖 2勺
• 蜂蜜 2勺
• 白黑芝麻混合 1tsp
• 水 2tsp

Sugar Glazed Walnuts的做法步骤

步骤 1

1. Boiled walnuts (200g) with a pinch of baking soda. 2. Prepare Coating Paste: 2 spoons sugar, 2 spoons honey, 1 tsp white & black sesame, use 2 tsp water to make it into a paste texture. 3. Rinse boiled walnuts with cold water and mix well with coating paste. 4. Air fryer 160 degree for 10min (use baking paper underneath). 5. Check the status and flip if needed, same degree for 7-10min more. 6. Try to separate them and cool down til crispy.
