bake at 374 F for 30 mins -9/24/2023: baked at 365F for 30 mins, and it was above 190F already -3/2/2024: baked at 365 for 22 mins, then raise to 375 for 8 mins; already reached 190F but the bottom is a bit condensed looking - 5/4/2024: baked at 365F for 30+4 mins, could be a little less (34 mins the center is around 200F)
