* 5/4/2024: tastes good, but doesn't grow tall much
Bakers flour 250g
Salt 2g
Caster sugar 40g
Milk powder 15g --- used 10 g cream cheese this time
Yeast 3g
Milk 140ml ---- used 100 g and adjusted while making
Whole egg 30g. ----- partial egg from the stuffed milk loaf 中种奶香
Unsalted butter (soften) 25g
*3/2/2024: made two loaves; used 220 g milk (out of 280g in recipe)

Divide into balls; rest 15 mins
roll up into a log; rest 15 mins
Roll into long sheet and roll up again

bake at 374 F for 30 mins
-9/24/2023: baked at 365F for 30 mins, and it was above 190F already
-3/2/2024: baked at 365 for 22 mins, then raise to 375 for 8 mins; already reached 190F but the bottom is a bit condensed looking
- 5/4/2024: baked at 365F for 30+4 mins, could be a little less (34 mins the center is around 200F)
