Graham’s ultimate RED tilapia extravaganza INGREDIENTS ◦ 1 lb of Tilapia ◦ Sauce ◦ 2 tbsp soy sauce ◦ 1tbsp sesame oil ◦ 1 tbsp sriracha ◦ 1/2 of lime juice ◦ 1 tbsp olive oil ◦ Minced or powder garlic to taste (a good amount ) ◦ Minced or powder or paste ginger to taste (a little less than a good amount) ◦ Sesame seeds ( a lot) ◦ Chili flakes to taste (good amount nothing crazy) ◦ Fresh chopped green onion (enough) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Pat tilapia dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper on both sides 2. Thinly coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil and heat with medium high heat 3. once pan is heated Place tilapia in pan and leave for 5 min undisturbed on one side then flip and cook for 3-4 min undisturbed on the other side. 4. Pull out the tilapia and then cover with sauce
