Beat egg white and white sugar in a large bowl until very stiff and light.
Mix oil,egg yolks and milk in another bowl.
Measure corn starch and cake flour into the egg yolk batter.
Use the beater, beat egg yolk batter until smooth.
Put 1/3 part of egg white batter into egg yolk batter,gently fold mixtures together with a rubber spatula.
Do that again with the last egg white batter.
Pour batter into the angel food tube pan.
Increase heat to 180℃.Bake cake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Invert the pan onto a right rack. Let cool completely before unmolding and frost as desired.
Put cream onto the cake.
