蘑菇一定要煎熟,否则容易拉肚子哦。The mushrooms must be fried up, otherwise you will be prone to loose bowels. 为什么加了英文,是因为这个菜谱一开始是外国朋友想问我拿,所以才加了英文,不必过多较真哈。

步骤 1

第一部,口菇洗净摘掉根,不粘锅里刷油,拿一半也就是8个口菇放进去煎,煎到蘑菇出水,正反面煎到金黄色,中途可以撒点胡椒粉,黑胡椒粉更好。差不多要煎6分钟,火不用开太大,容易糊。 Step1: Wash the mushrooms and remove the roots, brush oil in a non-stick pan, and then put the 8 mushrooms in the pan and fry them until the mushrooms are out of water and golden brown on both sides. You can sprinkle pepper halfway through, black pepper is better. It takes about 6 minutes to fry the mushrooms. The heat of the pot should not be too high or the mushrooms would be burnt.

第二步,剩下的8个口菇翻过来,在里面挤满虾滑。然后锅中刷油,有虾滑的那一面先进锅煎,煎至虾滑定型就可以翻过来煎蘑菇那一面,同样煎差不多6分钟,两面金黄。 Step2:turn the remaining 8 mushrooms over and fill them with slippery shrimp. Brush the pan with oil and fry the prawns on the slippery side first. Once the prawns are set, sprinklesome pepper powder, black pepper is better. Then turn them over and fry the mushrooms side for about 6 minutes.

第三步,翻到虾滑那一面,挤上番茄酱,也可以再加点沙拉酱。然后将切好的生菜,黄瓜,小番茄,芝士片依次摆上。如果你喜欢其他蔬菜,火腿什么的也可以加上,根据自己口味来。这个步骤如果像我一样动作慢的同学可以先把火开到最小,以免下面的蘑菇焦了。 Step 3: Turn over to the shrimp's slippery side and top with tomato sauce or salad dressing. Then place the lettuce, cucumber, tomato and cheese slices on top. If you like other vegetables, you can add ham or whatever, depending on your taste.This step if you are slow like me😅,you can turn the heat to lowest so that the mushrooms will not be burnt.

第四步,盖上盖子闷一两分钟,到芝士融化。如果上一步把火关小了的同学,记得把火开大哦。 Step 4: Cover and let sit for a minute or two until the cheese melts. For those of you who turned down the heat in the last step,remember to turn up the heat.hahaha~

第五步,把第一步煎好的蘑菇盖上去,用牙签固定。 Step 5: Cover the mushrooms cooked in the first step with a toothpick fixed .
