步骤 1

cut brisket into large chunks and blanch them keep on for 30s after boiling clean meat (can use cold water if it's easier, won't affect the meat too much since it's gonna be long slow cook)

saute sugar till caramel, add in brisket and brown them

add in all spices, soy sauce, and tea water potato add in too water can be almost covering beef but not necessarily -- need to reduce it down later anyway. 1.5 cups should be enough, maybe add some splashes

步骤 4

instant pot manual for 30 mins - try 40 mins next time

步骤 5

take out potatoes turn on saute, add in frozen tofu and reduce broth down
