1.茄子去皮切滚刀块,加两勺淀粉,茄子裹上淀粉,放入锅里煎三到四分钟表皮变硬以后捞出
2 .调料汁:2勺生抽十1勺醋十1勺蚝油+1勺番茄酱+1勺白糖+1勺淀粉,加两勺水搅拌均匀
3. 番茄翻炒出汁,加入青椒和茄子,翻炒均匀后淋入料汁,炒到酱汁浓稠即可~
