Purée 1 can of chickpeas with 1/4 cup olive oil and 6 garlic cloves. Add 1/4 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 cup tahini and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Put it in a bowl.
Add 1/4 cup tahini, 1 tbs lemon juice and 1 garlic clove. Puree.
Using a ladle, make an indent in the center of the hummus. Soon in the tahini-lemon mixture. Sprinkle the hummus with cumin and paprika. Serve.
