• pomelos 2
• sugar 4 tbsp + 2 tsp
• water 120 ml + splash

candid pomelo peel的做法步骤

add pomelo peels to room temp water, add a splash of salt and bring to boil

soak in cold water overnight

add pomelo peels to room temp water and bring to boil

步骤 4

squeeze dry (didn't do it this time, need to test out if adding this step works better)

步骤 5

in a saute pan, add pomelo peels, half sugar, and water to saute after sugar is dissolved, add the other half sugar in saute till water is gone

步骤 6

dry out

步骤 7

dip in sugar (1 flat spoon on a plate) and then store
