两个苹果切片,四根大黄(记得rhubarb叶子要摘掉,不要吃!)切成小段,加2tablespoon糖,开中火转小火加一点点水煮熟 这时候烤箱预热200度
炖成这样,放在涂了油的深烤盘上。
做topping :100g flour 125g caster sugar 60g rolled oats 60g butter 30g chopped nuts 把这些混合一下,有条件可以用food processor,没有的话,我用叉子搅拌均匀也一样 (还有加肉桂和姜粉的,这个随意)
组装:roaster抹黄油,放苹果和大黄混合物 把topping加在上面,用叉子压压实。 放烤箱200c 45分钟 别忘了上桌加冰淇淋更好吃(我们用了vanilla和butterscotch
加各种味道的冰激凌,好吃。
完整做法 Method Prep:10min › Cook:45min › Ready in:55min Preheat oven to 200 degrees C / gas mark 6. Combine apple and rhubarb in an oven-proof dish; sprinkle over sugar. In food processor, combine flour, sugar, butter, oats and nuts. Blend until you have a nice, crumbly mixture. Spread over the top of apple/ruhbarb mix. Bake in preheated oven for 45 mins or until top is golden and fruit mix is bubbly. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream.
