面包机版蔓越莓肉桂卷_像写论文一样做面包的做法步骤
步骤 1
将牛奶,鸡蛋,盐,糖,脱脂奶粉(可选,没有不放也可以,有的话可以增加成品的奶香味),面粉,肉桂粉,酵母粉按顺序放入面包机。
步骤 2
用温水洗净蔓越莓干和葡萄干后用开水泡30秒后也放入面包机。选择“发面”程序开始和面。
步骤 3
和面停止后,关闭“发面”程序,在面包机里加入室温软化的黄油。再次选择“发面”程序开始第二次和面。
步骤 4
第二次和面结束后关闭“发面”程序,取出和好的面团。
步骤 5
不用手揉,把面团切开成均匀的16份,每份大概80克左右。
