又想吃巧克力蛋糕，又不太想折腾烤箱，又不太想洗碗……懒人终极版。最主要的是只需要用到1个马克杯和1个量勺，加上只需要最多2分钟的时间就能做好，太适合馋瘾犯了的我。 方子来自Hungry monster的Renee，正如她写道的： Some days are chocolate cake days. When you drop your stud earring on the floor, then step on it thumb tack style. That’s a chocolate cake day. When you leave your keys in your car and the engine running and it takes you like half-an-hour to realize it and run back outside in a panic. Um, chocolate cake day. 用料

• 面粉 3汤匙
• 可可粉 1汤匙+1茶匙
• 小苏打 1/4茶匙
• 盐 1小撮
• 砂糖 3茶匙
• 玉米油 1汤匙
• 牛奶 3汤匙
• 黑巧克力（可不加） 1小块掰碎

1分钟微波炉巧克力蛋糕的做法步骤

步骤 1

马克杯内薄薄涂一层油

步骤 2

将所以材料混合

步骤 3

倒入马克杯（不要多于7分满）

步骤 4

微波炉高火加热50－55秒

步骤 5

稍冷却后直接享用或倒在盘子上加冰淇淋吃^_^
