During the Covid-19, it is the recipe from my mom. I did a good job for the first trial.

用料

• Egg 1
• Milk 100ml
• Flour 3 Tsp

Mummy’s pancake的做法步骤

步骤 1

Mix the milk, egg and flour together to a runny mixture

步骤 2

A little bit oil on the pan, heat the pan, turn to mild heat

步骤 3

Spread the mixture and fry until one side is done

步骤 4

Turn around and do the frying again

步骤 5

Place the pancake on the plate and top with my favorite toppings
