Step1 制作班戟皮,材料:鸡蛋、牛奶、黄油、白砂糖、低筋面粉。Making the outside skin part of Banji. Ingredients: eggs, milk, butter, white sugar,low-gluten flour.
Step2 鸡蛋打散加入白砂糖和牛奶搅拌均匀。Beat the eggs,then add sugar and milk, stir the liquid evenly.
Step3 用粉筛筛入低筋面粉。一边筛一边搅拌。Sift in the low-gluten flour, keep stirring while sifting.
Step4 加入融化的黄油。搅拌均匀。Melt the butter. Put into the liquid,and stir.
Step5 用筛网过滤整个液体部分,过滤出没有完全融化的低筋粉。Sift the bowl of liquid, filter out the low-gluten flour part that is not completely melted.
Step6 这样丝滑的饼皮液就准备好了。Then the liquid is ready for make Banji skin.
Step7 取一个小不粘锅,不放油,加热一会。关火,加入一勺饼皮蛋液。快速转动不粘锅,让蛋液充分均匀的铺满锅底,形成薄薄的饼皮。Take a small size non-sticky pan and heat it for a while. Turn off the heat and add a scoop of liquid. Turn the non-sticky pan quickly, make the egg liquid fully and evenly spread over the bottom of the pot, forming a thin crust(pancake).
Step8 用余温将饼皮热熟,然后翻面放到盘子里,以此类推,把所有饼皮完成。可以一张张堆放起来,不会黏住。完成后把饼皮放入冰箱冷藏一会。Wait a bit, until the heat make the crust well done, turn it upside down and put it on the plate, and keep doing the same stepts, finish all the crusts. Crusts can be piled up one by one without sticking.After finishing, put them into fridge(upper layer)for some minutes to cool down.
Step9 芒果剥皮,切成条。草莓切成细长的四等分。Peel and slice the mango. Cut strawberries into thin quarters.
Step10 奶油加白砂糖或糖分打发备用。Add sugar to the cream, whip the cream until thick.
Step11 取一张饼皮铺好,加一大勺打发的奶油。放入一条芒果肉或两块草莓。然后用饼皮裹住奶油,叠成长方体。完成!切开,请享用!Take a piece of crust and spread on a plate . Add a spoon of whipped cream. Put in one mango or two strawberry pieces. Then wrap the cream in the crust and fold it into a rectangle shape. Finish! Cut it, enjoy!(Better put in the fridge for a while before eat)
