Preheat the oven at 200C and line 2 large baking trays with parchment paper.
Toast the garam masala in a hot pan then grind them in a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle.
Add all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and carefully combine the ingredients together.
Shape around 20 golf size balls and place them on the baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the chicken is well cook inside.
You can otherwise fry the meat balls in coconut oil. Serve with a cold raita as a snack or make some curry out of it. Can be stored in the fridge for about a week.
