• chicken breast/ drumsticks 6
• canola oil 1.5 tbsp
• garlic cloves 3
• McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning 1.5 tbsp
• light brown sugar 1.5 tbsp
• onion powder 1.5 tsp
• oregano ( I use rosemary) 1 tsp
• nonstick cooking spray

In a ziploc bag, mix all the ingredients.

Rubbed the chicken & marinated overnight

步骤 3

Preheat oven to 400°F.

步骤 4

Line a sheet pan with foil and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
