1. Boil water and add eggs into pot, cover with a lid for 15 mins. Then, drain the water and add tap water or cold water into pot. Water level should always cover the eggs. 2. Boil beef slices in boiling water until it turns pick. Drain it and put them aside. 3. In a clean pan, add wine (1 tbsp), marin (2 tbsp), light soy sauce (3 tbsp), dark soy sauce (1/2 tbsp) and sugar (1/2 tbsp). Then, turn the heat up until sizzles. 4. Add beef into sauce and cook until well done. Then add 100ml water. 5. Add onion into pan when it boils and cook until tendered. 6. Top rice up with beef and egg and enjoy.
