Mix the pork and veal mince with ginger, spring onions, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and black peppers. Remove the bones from the chicken wings.
Stuffed the mince into the chicken wings then use sticks to close the wing ( same as the picture) then Marinate the wings in the sauce for 10-15mins ( black soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, bay leaf and sugar)
Heat the oil up, then put the wings in the pan till it golden brown colour then flipped it to another side continue cook till everything fully cooked.
Server with the dipping sauce (vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and spring onions then let it sits for 10mins ) You can serve this dish with some veggies and salad. Once everything finished, it's ready to dig in!!
