用料

• couscous 150g
• ground cumming 1 tsp
• red onion small, chopped 1
• cucumber, chopped 1
• ripe tomato, chopped 1-2
• chilli, chopped some
• coriander, chopped 适量
• flat leaf parsley,chopped 适量
• mint, chopped 适量
• tomato puree 1 tbsp
• lemon 1/2-1

Turkish Couscous | Kerryann Dunlop的做法步骤

步骤 1

mix the dry couscous with a pinch of salt,pepper and 1tsp of ground,1 tsp of smoked paparika.

步骤 2

cover the couscous with boiling water. cover the bowl with cling film.

步骤 3

put tomato puree into the ready couscous. mix

步骤 4

mix the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and chilli into the couscou bowl.

步骤 5

add in all the chopped herbs.

步骤 6

adjust the lemon juice and oliver oil into the bowl.
