portion. devide into 2 pieces. rounding and rest for 15mins.

步骤 5

shaping into oblong .

步骤 6

Proofing for 60-90 mins.

步骤 7

sifting flour on top of the bread and scoring.

步骤 8

baking at 177 celsius for 20 mins.
