knead the dough for 10mins by hand. add raisins and walnuts.
ferment for 2 hours until double in size
portion. devide into 2 pieces. rounding and rest for 15mins.
shaping into oblong .
Proofing for 60-90 mins.
sifting flour on top of the bread and scoring.
baking at 177 celsius for 20 mins.
