用料

• Zucchine noodle -
• Cream 200 mL
• Garlic (sliced) 1 clove
• Lemon (zest and juice) 1
• Parmesan (grated) 4 tbsp
• Fresh herbs (parsley, basil, tarragon) -
• Salt & pepper

Fettuccini w Lemon Garlic Cream的做法步骤

步骤 1

Medium saute pan on medium heat add some (1) olive oil (2) garlic (3) cream, let it reduce for about 1 min.

步骤 2

Then add (1) pepper (2) lemon zest (3) parmesan, stir through.

步骤 3

Stir in pasta, and add (1) basil (2) parsley (3) tarragon (4) lemon juice (5) salt, stir though (still on low heat).

步骤 4

When plating, top with parmesan and fresh herbs.
