在食谱中常常用到的度量单位有两种,一种是比较方便的体积单位,包括毫升ml,杯cup,汤勺tbsp和茶勺tsp等;还有一类是比较准确的重量单位,比如克g。 通常来说,在对食材用量要求比较准确的时候会用重量单位来计量(比如制作马卡龙),而在不需要特别准确的时候只需要用体积来测量就可以了,毕竟挖一勺糖要比量50g糖要来的快速方便的多。 对于烘培新手来说,由于对度量单位不熟悉,或者手边的测量工具不齐全,常常导致了读食谱的不方便,Echo也经常遇到有小伙伴在后台问:1 tbsp是多少ml?或者1/4 cup的鲜奶油是多重之类的问题,为此,Echo特意整理了常用单位之间的换算公式,以及常见食材的体积和重量对应关系,给大家作为参考。
