Mussel in White Wine

用料

• 青口/贻贝/海虹 1kg
• 白葡萄酒 1-2杯
• 奶油 1杯
• 番茄 1枚
• 芹菜 1小段
• 洋葱，蒜，parsley
• 盐，黑胡椒

Mussel in White Wine的做法步骤

步骤 1

取汤锅一只，少许橄榄油烧热，洋葱大蒜切末爆香

步骤 2

倒入青口，加入白酒，翻匀加盖焖煮3分钟

步骤 3

加入番茄丁，芹菜丁及奶油，继续加盖烧2-3分钟

步骤 4

出锅前加盐和黑胡椒，以及大量切碎的parsley
