用料

• butter or margarine,softened 2/3 cup
• brown sugar 2/3 cup
• large eggs 2
• old-fashioned oats 1-1/2 cups
• flour 1-1/2
• baking soda 1 teaspoon
• salt 1/2 teaspoon
• dried cranberries 15-ounce(about 1 cup)
• white chocolate chunks or chips 2/3 cup

Oatmeal Craisins White Chocolate Chunk Cookies（小红莓白巧克力燕麦曲奇）的做法步骤

步骤 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

步骤 2

Using an electric mixer,beat butter or margarine and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

步骤 3

Add eggs,mixing well.Combine oats,flour,baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl.

步骤 4

Add to butter mixture in several additions,mixing well after each addition.

步骤 5

Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks.Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

步骤 6

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

步骤 7

Cool on wire rack.

步骤 8

Makes approximately 2-1/2 dozen cookies.
